Registration Information
Okotoks Oilers Athletic Association (OOAA)
The Okotoks Oilers Athletic Association (OOAA) is responsible for the registration of the following AA/AAA hockey camps within the specific draw zones as indicated below:
PeeWee AA / Bantam AA / Midget AA Male The draw zone for this level of hockey includes the Okotoks Minor Hockey Association. There will be two teams in the Peewee and Midget Division.
Bantam AAA (Raiders) The draw zone includes the following minor hockey associations Blackie, Chestermere, Delia, High Country, High River, Indus, Nanton, Okotoks, Rockyford and Strathmore. All practices will be held in Okotoks and home games will be held in the Scott Seaman Arena in Dewinton.
Midget 15 AAA (Raiders) The draw zone includes the following minor hockey associations Blackie, Chestermere, Delia, High Country, High River, Indus, Nanton, Okotoks, Rockyford and Strathmore. All practices and home games will be held in the Chestermere Arena (Red).
Midget AAA (Okotoks Bow Mark Midget AAA Oilers) The Okotoks Bow Mark Midget AAA Oilers is a regional Elite hockey team based out of Okotoks that plays in the Alberta Midget Hockey League (AMHL). The draw zone includes Blackie, Chestermere, High Country, High River, Nanton, Indus, Siksika, Okotoks and Strathmore. The Bow Mark Oilers play out of the Pason Centennial arena in Okotoks. It is a daytime based hockey program with all players attending the Foothills Composite High School. Players also have the option to participate in the billet program.
Female Bantam AA (Rocky Mountain Raiders) Draw zone areas are: Blackie, Chestermere, Foothills, High Country, Hussar, Indus, Nanton, Okotoks, Rockyford, Siksika or Strathmore. Locations for practices and games have not been confirmed.
Female Midget AA (Rocky Mountain Raiders) Draw zone areas are: Blackie, Chestermere, Foothills, High Country, Hussar, Indus, Nanton, Okotoks, Rockyford, Siksika or Strathmore. Locations for practices and games have not been confirmed.
Female Midget AAA (Rocky Mountain Raiders) Boundaries are open for this team. All practices and home games will take place at the Scott Seaman Arena (Dewinton).

On-Line Registration Information
OOAA is moving to a new registration system which will require every user to create a new account. You will have to register with Okotoks Minor Hockey, which needs to be completed before conditioning camps begins.
You are able to register for the conditioning camp and tryouts together or separately. Visa & Mastercard are the accepted methods of payment.
Conditioning Camps - $130.00 for all Divisions
The Bantam AAA & AA (male) have a combined conditioning camp so will need to register in only one of the Bantam divisions, the same applies to Midget AAA, Midget 15 AAA, and Midget AA (male); register in only one of the Midget divisions for Conditioning Camp.
Tryouts - $150.00 each tryout camp
All tryouts are separate camps. Players who intend to try out for AA level in case they are not selected for a AAA program (BAAA, or M15) must register and pay for both tryout camps. If you are successful in the BAAA or M15 tryouts then your AA tryout fee will be refunded. As there is some overlap between the M15 and MAA tryouts, refund requests will be accepted and a prorated refund will be determined based on individual cases.
OOAA reserves the right to limit the number of registrants for any specific position.
Conditioning Camp and Tryout dates are posted at ooaaoilerhockey.ca/content/2017-2018-camp-dates. Complete schedules will be posted when available, however they can change slightly based on the number of registrants, please wait for confirmation of times from your director.
If you reside outside of the boundaries of Okotoks Minor Hockey, you will be required to provide a "Conditioning Camp Permission Form" and "Notification of Tryout Form". These forms are provided in the Forms section under Registration tab on main menu.
Refunds - Please be advised that refund processing will not begin until after the season starts but will be completed by September 30, 2017. Camp fees LESS a 10% processing fee will be refunded for any cancellation that is NOT medically related; medically related cancellations will receive a 100% refund. Refunds will NOT be granted for any cancellations made less than 7 days prior to specific Camp start dates unless the cancellation is supported by a note from a licensed medical practitioner.
