Reason for being selected:   2008 born defenseman Dreyton Aleman joins the U18AAA Bow Mark Oilers for the 2024-25 season. Dreyton plays at high speed and skill and is moving up from the OOAA U17AAA program. An offensive defenseman, he is a determined competitor, teachable, and excited to move up to U18AAA to continue his development. Congratulations on making the team!

Adam Halat

Reason for being selected:   2009 born forward Adam Halat joins the U18AAA Bow Mark Oilers for the 2024-25 season. Adam is a highly skilled, offensively gifted forward with a high hockey IQ. He is returning to OOAA after a season in the CSSHL, and is playing in the Alberta Cup. Adam is a feisty and driven player and excited to be back and continue his development at U18AAA. Congratulations on making the team!

Reason for being selected:   2007 born forward Ayaan Vira joins the U18AAA Bow Mark Oilers for the upcoming season. Ayaan returns to OOAA after two seasons away at CSSHL and a USA Prep program. He brings a skilled two way game and competes with his size and drive to improve. Ayaan is very coachable and will be an asset with a great shot and net front presence. Reason for being selected:   2009 born defenseman Kyler Sorochak will be joining the U18AAA Bow Mark Oilers for the 2024-25 season. Kyler is a great skater and skilled defenseman that will shore up the D end with his competitive and team first attitude. He is a young leader who is playing in the 2024 Alberta Cup with a detailed focus to improve every day. Last season, he lead the OOAA U17AAA Oilers in points and was 3rd in the league in his age group. Reason for being selected: 2010 born forward MacLane “Big Mac” Tetarenko joins the U15AAA Oilers for the 2024-25 season. Right-handed shot, Mac is a 2 way, 200ft, pass first player that brings energy every time he steps on the ice. A shifty player that makes things happen whenever he touches the puck. With his accurate shot and playmaking ability we expect him to be a driving force of the U15AAA Oilers offense this year. On behalf of the coaching staff, congratulations and we look forward to working with you this year!

Rocco Blazevic

Reason for being selected:  2011 born D-man Rocco “Rock” Blazevic joins the U15AAA Oilers for the 2024-25 season. Left-handed shot, Rock is a mobile D-man that moves pucks quickly and is not afraid to jump in the play and contribute on the offensive side of things. Reason for being selected: 2011 born forward Cole Harkness joins the U15AAA Oilers for the upcoming season as a strong power forward with a nose for the net. A right-handed shot that drives lanes and has a quick release we expect him to find the back of the net on a regular basis for the U15AAA Oilers. Reason for being selected: 2010 born D-man Jack “Parrot” Parsons will be joining the Okotoks U15AAA Oilers, shoring up the D end with his hard hitting and in your face approach to the game. Jack is never afraid to mix it up in the corners and get in shooting lanes to block shots. With his hard left shot from the blue line, Jack will contribute at both ends of the ice. The left-handed utility player can play anywhere on the ice and possesses excellent vision and hockey IQ. With the ability to drive any line we look forward to seeing the offensive and defensive contributions he will bring to the team at both ends of the ice. Reason for being selected: 2010 born left-handed shot forward Maxton “Max” Mullen will hang up his Wheatland uniform and slide into the Oilers U15AAA jersey to drive the offense. An excellent skater and puck handler Max will add some dynamic speed to the Oilers attack.
